This 84 km marked trail will take you through the Auxois and Avallonnais countryside. It links two major Burgundy sites, the Abbey of Fontenay to the basilica of Vézelay.

Botanical trail of the Hermitage – suitable for wheelchairs


An instructive walk that is a great way for children to discover the flora and fauna of the Montbardois. Near the lake of St. Barbara, this circuit of 1.5 hours winds through the Chaumour forest, (including a waterfall, and 36 varieties of trees and shrubs marked with explanatory panels)., the 18th century botanist The Count of Buffon introduced several species here, including the famous « Scots pine » which was first planted in 1734.
